The characteristics, skills, abilities and knowledge managers—essential factors in project’s success—describe their level competency. study aims to assess relationship between manager competencies complexity information technology (IT) sector. In total, 21 semi-structured interviews were conducted with senior practitioners associated complex IT projects private public sectors. All transcripts analysed through grounded theory content analysis, experts approving results.
